Don Tim Development was built around the belief that every Filipino family deserves a better life. This is what drove us in the 1980s to build the first ever residential community in Tagaytay – Monte Vista – and it’s what motivates us to continue building communities in Cavite’s most ideal locations.

Leisure Suites

Located in the idyllic setting of Tagaytay City, Leisure Suites North is made up of 17 low-rise cluster buildings that form a sustainable and thriving community within Alta Monte. This ultra-low density cluster community is the first of its kind in the area, with only six spacious units per building:

  • Two 3-bedroom units with separate private entry on the ground floor.
  • Two 1-bedroom units on the second floor
  • Two 2-bedroom units with mezzanine on the third floor. 

Leisure Suites is centrally located on Magallanes Drive in Tagaytay, close to Balay Dako, Nurture Wellness Village and other popular Tagaytay destinations, but set back far enough from main thoroughfares to ensure safety, peace and privacy. 

Designed as modern renditions of traditional log cabins, Leisure Suites’ cluster buildings make the most of Tagaytay’s cool and breezy climate. Climate conscious design allows for easy energy conservation, with plenty of natural light and ventilation entering the units, especially along the front and rear of the buildings. LED lighting fixtures are also provided for increased indoor illumination and to help improve energy efficiency.

The unique configuration of Leisure Suites makes it an attractive option for both families and investors — with the option to  buy just one for a couple or small family; two or more to expand living space or accommodate guests; or even the whole building, for those looking to earn additional income through vacation rentals.
