Located in the idyllic setting of Tagaytay City, Leisure Suites North is made up of 17 low-rise cluster buildings that form a sustainable and thriving community within Alta Monte.
This ultra-low density cluster community is the first of its kind in the area, with only six spacious units per building.
Designed as modern renditions of traditional log cabins, Leisure Suites’ cluster buildings make the most of Tagaytay’s cool and breezy climate. Climate conscious design allows for easy energy conservation, with plenty of natural light and ventilation entering the units, especially along the front and rear of the buildings. LED lighting fixtures are also provided for increased indoor illumination and to help improve energy efficiency.
