Don Tim Development was founded on the belief that a better life lies out there for all of us. This was what drove us to build the first residential subdivision ever developed in Tagaytay – Monte Vista – and it’s what drives us today as our projects continue to grow in Cavite’s most ideal locations.

Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC) is a real estate development company with over 70 hectares of prime Cavite property spread across four thriving residential communities: Monte Vista and Alta Monte in Tagaytay City, Montebello in Alfonso, and South Midland in Silang. DTDC was formed in 1981 to hold the assets of the Don Tim Group, which from the early 1960s had been building businesses across various industries — including appliances and electronics, shipping, food, and air services. Under the leadership of Don Tim’s son, Agustin Leong, Don Tim Development took advantage of the property boom to acquire more land, and consolidated its resources to venture into residential development.
